C2C Store Dashboard
An advanced dashboard where sellers who operate stores on your marketplace can manage their operations. Store owners see at-a-glance summaries: total sales, marketplace commission deducted, amounts paid out and outstanding balances, store rating, membership package duration and listing rights, total order count, orders awaiting preparation, cancelled orders, low-stock products, and more—and can act quickly from the dashboard.
User-Friendly Product Upload Panel
Store product upload panels are designed to be highly intuitive and clean. Suppliers can see which parts of a product appear on the site versus in search engines like Google while entering data. They can upload images one by one or in bulk, assign options and attributes, create promotional prices, preview products, and submit them to the site administrator for approval.
Quote Collection System
Sellers on your site and visitors can request quotes to buy any product listed on your site—or one that is not—in bulk. Created quotes are routed to sellers after administrator approval. When the store and the requester agree, the system automatically creates the product at the agreed quantity and price; the requester purchases it and the quote flow is completed.
Advanced Shipping Settings
Using Softomi C2C shipping settings, sellers can define free shipping thresholds, weight- and volume-based shipping prices, how many days after the order date items ship, and whether shipping is paid by the buyer or the seller.
Membership Packages
Stores can purchase listing packages—such as gold, silver, or bronze—based on duration and product count, or combined limits, to list products. You can keep products in the system when a store renews late, and let a renewed store resume sales where it left off.
Order Management
Stores track and manage orders from this screen. Search filters help them review past orders. When the carrier picks up a shipment, status automatically becomes “Shipped.” When delivery is confirmed, it updates to “Delivered” and the secure e-commerce (escrow-style) process begins.
Clean, Functional Store Page
A page that lists all store products, shows product reviews and store ratings, and includes elegant, practical filters. Like major marketplaces, store contact details and location are not prominently displayed. Visitors can browse more products, add to cart, and read store and product reviews.
Buying Ads
Store owners can buy one of your ad packages and distribute click credits across their products. Sponsored products appear in categories and search results according to limits and order you set. Sellers see clicks per product, units sold, and remaining click credits in the panel.
Advanced Reporting Dashboards
Store owners monitor all activity—totals and per product—via advanced reporting. By date range they can report by order count, sales amount, revenue, product, commission paid, and more to plan actions that grow sales.
