How Does Geliver Shipping Integration Work?
The price tables of carriers that Geliver works with are entered by the site administrator in the admin panel, per carrier. Sellers can choose one of those carriers and hand the product over for delivery according to the marketplace business model.
How Does Marketplace Shipping Integration Work?
The order appears in the seller’s (store) panel. The seller prepares the product and clicks the Generate Barcode button in the panel to create a barcode. The barcode includes the customer’s full name, address, and phone number, as well as seller information. The seller can print the barcode and attach it to the package, or give the barcode number to the carrier when handing over the product. When the carrier collects the product, the order status changes to Shipped. When the product is delivered to the customer, the status changes to Delivered. Because the product has been delivered to the customer, the GET (Secure E-Commerce) process starts and the status in seller panels changes to Pending customer confirmation.
Returns
If the customer wants to return the product within the 14-day return period, they create a return request from their panel. The request is sent to the seller. After approving the return, the seller clicks the Generate return barcode button in the panel and sends the customer the return barcode to use when sending the item back. This barcode again includes customer and seller details. The customer hands the product to the carrier using the barcode number provided.
